Over the last year we have been introducing our new Home Clean service which has evolved directly as a result of experiences by our clients moving in & out of their new properties.

We have seen how important it is to have a vacant property professionally cleaned and checked. Our end of tenancy cleaning is primarily targeted at landlords, estate agents, housing associations and builders although the same cleaning service could be offered to anyone moving home.

• We offer a full 'top to bottom' cleaning service
• We will dust & wet wipe Doors / Skirting / Switches / Sockets / Architraves etc
• We will dust & wet wipe Radiators
• We will dust & wet wipe Cupboards & Shelving etc
• We will dust & clean internal Windows / Sills & Frames - External windows / frames would be classed as 'Further services'
• We will clean, de-scale, remove mould from and polish; Sink, bath, toilet, shower screen, taps, tiles and other fixtures and fittings. (Note; complete removal of limescale and mould may not always be possible
• We will clean / degrease kitchen units, worktops & major appliances - Deep cleaning of appliances comes under 'Further services'
• We will vacuum all carpeted areas & mop all hard floors
• We only used experienced staff & all cleans are attended by a senior team leader
